Fertility and the First 1,000 Days

Apr 29, 2021

Hello, I'm Katy Bradbury, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Private Health Visitor and qualified nurse. I have worked in the Women's Health, Maternal and Children's Health field for many years.

Today's podcast covers how often you should have sex when trying to conceive, a question I frequently get asked in my clinic.

Maybe you already have an idea of how often is optimum and want to find out if you are on the right track, or perhaps you are listening in as you don't have a clue or know you do not have enough sex to conceive. Whatever your reasons for listening in, welcome, and I would love to hear from you. Links to my social media and website are below.
